I recently did a painting using triangles and that has spring boarded over to my mail art 🙂
This postcard is to Susanne in Germany
and this is to Nancy in USA.
This mail is to Iryna in Belarus. You can see my painting here as I’ve made an art stamp with it!
Happy Mail 🙂
I took part in Liberate your Art postcard swap again this year. Here are the postcards I’ve received so far.
Thank you to Imelda
You may have noticed I am a bit obsessed with making my own art stamps. I have been looking to get some ready perforated paper for a few years and now I’ve found some! So here is my first official sheet of stamps with my new paper 🙂
As it says in my header, February is ‘International Correspondence Letter Writing Month’. To take part in this you commit to sending a letter, card or note to someone every day during the month. It’s not as expensive as it sounds, you can write local and hand deliver if you want. What a lovely challenge. I’m doing good so far!
1st & 2nd Feb.
and 5th 🙂
It’s nice to think of someone who won’t be expecting it! 🙂
Here’s another thing I got through the post for Christmas, from my friend Susanne in Germany. This beautifully decorated story box with Christmas goodies inside.
The story was written on the outside and as I opened the box it continued on the inside.
What a charming thing to receive by mail, hard to photograph, but I did my best 🙂 Thanks Susanne!
Here are some cards I received from my lovely Mailmaker friends from far and wide. Some handmade and some carefully chosen 🙂 Thanks Susanne, Iryna, Antoni, Josephene, Nelleke, Yuka and Deborah 🙂
