Oooh, I didn’t realise how long it has been since I shared some mail with you. I was doing some art ready for an art exhibition which was taking up a lot of time. O have still been sending and receiving mail though so have lots to show you! 🙂
These postcards have gone to Min Cheng in Taiwan and Ingred in Netherlands,
W Chang Australia and Heleena Finland
and Zong He in China and Marina in France.
What a super thing it is to be able to touch peoples lives across the world without using social media. Handwriting a note is always special! 🙂
I’m getting back into sending out my mail now, I can’t believe how disruptive Christmas and new year are. I know, it’s the middle of February! 🙂
These are the postcrossing cards I’ve sent out recently:
The first two were for Dr De Vera in Philippines who uses the Postcrossing experience for a teaching aidfor his class, so the stamp was important too. The second was Anastaisia in Russia who likes cats.
This first card is to Hank in the USA who used to be a postman, so I sent him this early 20th Century postbox and the second one is for another cat liker Annukka from Finland.
This first one was for Johanna in Czech republic who likes handmade and Natalie from Germany who wanted local views.
Super mail for super people! 🙂
I’ve been collecting together some photos of stamps from my mail to share on my blog. Here are a few that I particularly like. 🙂
My Postcrossing cards to show you this week are:
A nice beach views for Jenny in USA and Olga in Belarus.
A moose for Karola in Finland (she said she liked moose) and for Viktorija in Latvia some nice views of our town.
Katerina in Lithuania is a taylor and wanted pictures of nice clothes and Simona in Germany likes local views.
I hope I have made them happy with my choices 🙂
Here’s a few Postcrossing cards to show you.
These postcards are from Antji in Germanyand Kanyamas and Zoe in Tailand. I’m glad to have got my first card from Berlin!
These are cards I’ve sent to Jyri in finland who likes trains and Elfie in Germany who collects stamps. I turned a first day cover into a postcard.
These I sent to Velena in Russia who likes movie stills and Victoria in Belarus who likes Architecture.
I managed to find some good cards to send this time. Sometimes it’s hard to match cards to specific requests 🙂
Here are some postcards sent our to start 2014.
This was a postcard from Laura sent me of the state flower of Texas so I’ve sent her a postcard with one of my favourite flower on, the humble geranium!
These are Postcrossing cards to Lemmi in Finland and Olga in Belarus on their chosen themes.
Finally I thought I would show you this letter I wrote to Josephine in the Netherlands on paper I made myself.
Can’t wait to show you more,
love Debbie x
