I have managed to write and send 19 letters out of 28 so far for ‘International Correspondence Letter Writing Month‘ (and also a few postcards for ‘Postcrossing‘). Countries I’ve sent to include UK, USA, India, Canada, Iceland and Belarus, 🙂 So I’m happy with what I’ve achieved. I have received 5 letters so far and still have some letters to reply to.
I have really enjoyed taking part this year, it is a joy to send blessings through the post, mostly to people I don’t know!
The first are to Elizaveta in Russia and Mint in Thailand
and these are to Novahana in Indonesia and Kirsti in Finland
I’m very happy to be starting my postcrossings for the New Year. Happy Postcrossing Everybody! 🙂
Oooh, I didn’t realise how long it has been since I shared some mail with you. I was doing some art ready for an art exhibition which was taking up a lot of time. O have still been sending and receiving mail though so have lots to show you! 🙂
These postcards have gone to Min Cheng in Taiwan and Ingred in Netherlands,
W Chang Australia and Heleena Finland
and Zong He in China and Marina in France.
What a super thing it is to be able to touch peoples lives across the world without using social media. Handwriting a note is always special! 🙂
Wow, we’re having a bit of a heatwave here in the UK and I’m having trouble keeping up with things. I’m writing my postcards but not managing to share them.
These are very recent arrivals in my mailbox.
These first two are from China and Russia.
These are from the UK and Belarus and unbelievably the first one is a sand sculpture, Wow!
This last one is from Tina in Taiwan and she has send me this lovely handmade card. I especially love handmade! 🙂
Now I’m going to have a very cold drink 🙂
Here are some lovely postcrossing cards that have landed in my mail box recently.
Great to receive a card from Gozde in Turkey as not many cards arrive from there, and Birgit and Bianca in Germany.
These too from John in USA and Vitaly in Russia (that food looks yummy!)
These last two are from Nikki in USA and Cecilia in Italy. Doesn’t that card make you want to visit Italy?!
In my mail box this week 🙂
A lovely holiday postcard from my mail friend Antoni, thanks Antoni for this lovely card, the Guggenheim is a fabulous building!
Postcrossing cards from Dasha in Belarus and Tugce in Turkey,
Moni in Germany and Igor in Russia.
I especially love the stamps from Russia!
Recent postcards that have come across the sea to me are: Postcrossings from Dirk in Germany, Sandy in Canada and Linsay in USA,
Valentina in Russia, Lutz in Germany, Eline in Netherlands.
As well as those super cards I received these from other friends, Charlotte and Cathy in USA and Nelleke in the Netherlands.
The diversity is amazing! 🙂
