It was time for the Autumn ‘IHanna DIY postcard swap’ this month. All participants send out 10 handmade postcards; these are the ones that I sent out
and these are what I’ve received so far.
I do love taking part:-)
I loved getting this birthday Mail Art ready to send off to my friend in Hertford UK. I made it with acrylic paint and collage and a Gelli plate printed recycled envelope.
I like to help people feel special! 🙂
If you send all sorts of mail, you get all sorts of mail in return 🙂
Here are some of my recently received letters from the USA and Italy, lovely words from Elisa, Debbie and Deborah. If you begin to write to some one new, the chances are that you begin a friendship that lasts many years, getting to know them by who they are not what they look like, treasuring the things they tell you about themselves. Why don’t you try it? It doesn’t have to be a long letter, it’s the thought that counts!
Ooooh, lovely postcards coming in from USA, Czech Rep, and Germany
Belarus and China,
Bulgaria and Sweden 🙂
Time to send some back out there! 🙂
I’m sending out some Union Jack flag postcards today to Russia, Germany, USA and South Korea. What makes these unique is they are a reproduction of a collage I did a while ago, so quite original!
What beautiful mail I got this morning, from China, Germany and Latvia, very happy! 🙂
This is such a great thing to be part of.
Hand make 10 postcards and send them out to 10 beautiful people whose addresses you’ve been given.
And then what happens? You get 10 beautiful handmade cards in return. It’s win win. 🙂
Can’t wait till next time!
