New Mail Art Box

As my current mail art box, as you can see is quite full, I wanted to get another one as squashing can be a problem with this sort of beautiful mail.

Well what to do? as no ordinary box is suitable for this special job! I had just bought a new pair of shoes which came in this splendid box but the problem was the pattern was on the inside. Well what did I do? You’ve guessed it….

just turn it inside out and I have a lovely No.2 mail art box.

Obviously I cut the lid off as I always want to see the goodies inside! 🙂

Elevated Envelope No.2

I received my 2nd Elevated Envelope yesterday from Molly in the USA and what a lovely thing it is. An envelope with its own paper bunting! If you look closely on the bunting it says create.

I’ve hung it above my work station.

By the way you’re not supposed to be looking at my messy shelf! 🙂

Mail Art

I love it when I get art through the post!

I got this lovely hand decorated postcard from Lynn in USA, I think hearts always make you feel warm inside.

And I have received my first Elevated Envelope from Florence (I love the name Florence), also in the USA.

Lots of greetings come with this one!!!!! 🙂

Well the time had come, I posted my Elevated Envelopes today. To USA, UK, Canada, Austria and Israel!!!

A peak at the process, what an enjoyable task!

Outgoing mail

An out going teatime frenzy I think!  to Nelleke in Germany, and Postcrossings to Karin in Netherlands and Allison in the USA.

This is a note to Jan whose birthday was in January and for some reason, I had a month of not keeping up with birthdays.

Then these are to My friend Katja in Germany, My sister Amanda  and  a get well card for my Auntie Sue both in the UK.

More to share soon, I have quite a lot of mail to write at the moment and my Elevated Envelopes to do. 🙂

Today’s Mail

I am so excited because I got my Elevated Envelope list of exchanges today, can’t wait to start on my envelopes! 🙂

I received this lovely card from my mail art friend Tina in the USA a few days ago. it is entitled ‘The Island’ I love the colours.

I am sending these postcards off, one to my penpal Catarina in Portugal and two are Postcrossings to Viktoria in Belarus and Klaus in Germany.
